Ever since October of 2006 occured, I've been thinking of a lot of things. One of the main things is death. Since October, 5 people I know have died. If you exclude everything except for car accidents, you have four deaths (the other death was heart related).

Now, I'm aware that death can strike at any time, and when somebody dies, it's expected to grieve for a day or two and then move on. However, I see it this way. In October, two people died in car crashes. In January, one person had an accident (paralyzed from the waist down I believe). In March, there has been 3 people effected in car accidents with two of them dying (the other has a broken tailbone from what I heard).

Now, stuff happens, and I'm aware of that. The first time, I figured, stuff happens, move on. The second time, a mere coincidence possibly. But now 5 people in a period of 6 months have been in car accidents with 3 deaths and two injuries. I believe it's too much to just be a coincidence. What's even odder is, there's a road near my house, and two accidents occured on that road (Both resulting in a fatality).

Now, I don't know I I'm just paranoid, or if there's some sort of message I'm supposed to pick up on. Perhaps my destiny/fate is to die in a car crash? I do have a neighbor, who in that same time frame also had an accident. He was completley unharmed though, thank goodness.

But, I still remember in August, I almost had an accident where I lost control of my care and actually fishtailed down a 1/10 mile stretch of road. Somehow stayed on the road, but that's not the point. If I go even further back in time, I was involved in an accident (around the age of 3?) but somehow survived that.

Now, it's even stranger considering the fact that I recieved my driver's permit in June of 2006. Before then, I don't recall anybody that I knew dying in a car crash. Since then, at least 3 have died.

It's just crazy, for a lack of a better explanation.

And because of this all happening, I don't know what the hell to think to be honest.
